Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cashier's check, and money orders.

Stock Products Most items are stock products and ship within 3-5 business days.  Back ordered items can take 4-6 wks.  Please allow an extra 1 week for any customization of products, such as special sizes and/or cuts.

Shipping All orders are shipped F.O.B. our facilities in Pittsburgh, PA and freight charges are
calculated and added to your order amount.  Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground
or USPS unless otherwise specified by you.  All express and/or shipping arrangements must be specified at the time the order is placed.  Some larger items ship via motor freight on pallet(s).

Although we do our best to quote freight costs, the actual freight cost may be higher at time of shipment due to a larger carton used for safer transit.  The actual carton size may not be known exactly at time of quote, especially for custom size parts.  Freight costs are heavily dependent on carton weight and carton size (called dimensional weight by shipping industry). If there is any difference in freight cost, we will contact you.

Cancellations If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.  Notice of order cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations are reviewed on a per-order basis, subject to review of material costs, production schedules and delivery expectations.

Claims All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for damages and shortages.  In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to products in transit, and likewise assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier.  In the event of freight damage, notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading “damaged”.  When receiving a shipment, note the number of cartons and or pallets shipped on the bill of lading in relation to the number of cartons/pallets received.
